Many people can recognize someone they know at a distance. The general shape of the head, their size, the way they move, are often enough. That would be probable cause for a warrant to get the person's DNA, which can be matched to the crime. The $50,000 reward will eventually produce the right tip, I hope.
How in the name of hell is someone able to identify a person by the recordings provided? I can't even tell what race the person is!
