Center City DL meets from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. every Tuesday at the downstairs platform bar of Triumph Brewing Co., located at 117 Chestnut St. (between Front and 2nd Streets), Philadelphia, PA 19106. There are $3 beers, $4 wine, $5 well drinks all night as well as happy hour food specials including half-price burgers. Triumph Brewery is conveniently SEPTA-accessible.
