It's yet another great week to Drink Liberally!
This week the most important news story seems to be that the Obama administration is squandering whatever chance it had to fix the financial crisis. Instead, they're repackaging the futile Bush/Paulson plan, which means the country (and the world) will suffer longer in a declining economy, with higher unemployment and people losing their homes.
With news like that, what else can you do but drink?
Also, the Center City chapter on Tuesday night will have Obama's second press conference, scheduled for 8 p.m., on the flat-screen TV.
