susie madrak posted about the same phenomenon a few weeks ago. when you link to a yahoo news article in a post, sometimes yahoo links back, bringing a lot of crazies in tow
i guess that's why they call it yahoo news.

CNN does that as well. When I've seen it happen on livejournal, the post ends up getting flooded with anonymous comments.
