It may be corrected at some point, but CNN had this up as the returns from Kentucky:
See the problem? The votes are all in, but the percentages don't add up to 100. Clinton should be at 67%. I've noticed this during other primaries, too. Calculating a percentage with only three numbers to add is dirt simple. Why is it they screw this up?
Maybe you've seen a result that shows Clinton with 67%, in which case I'm wrong, but aren't the missing 2% probably people who voted for other candidates (Mike Gravel, Mickey Mouse) who CNN didn't bother to report? Unless Clinton and Obama were the only two on the ballot, of course.

Hmm, maybe tomemos. I honestly didn't consider that they wouldn't put up "other" if they bothered to put up "uncommitted".

My first thought was rounding error, but dividing Clinton's votes by the total gets 66.8% (Obama gets 30.5%), so it just looks like error to me.

Right. Now that you point it out, Obama's number is understated by 1 point, as well. So tomemos is probably right.
