On Wednesday, the Army finally dropped the last of some very minor charges against Capt. James Yee, a Muslim chaplain at Guantanamo who had been arrested, held in solitary confinement for 76 days, and accused of treason and threatened with the death penalty, before the case fell apart and it became clear that he was entirely innocent.
