I think an unofficial “leave no prisoners behind” policy would work well, too.

Advocating that we summarily execute the detainees in Gitmo. I point out in his comments that the Pentagon doesn't even think most of the prisoners are dangerous enough to put on trial. Much sputtering and outrage ensues.
