I see Bush's approval ratings are down again. I'll really groan if Homeland Security raises the terror alert level to orange right now.
By the way, have we been at an alert level of yellow, elevated, consistently for over 2 years now? What exactly does it take to go down to the "Guarded" level of blue? I can't believe my taxes helped to pay for this scheme.

Today, Oct 12,2005,aproximately 1500 Black Babies sucked from mammies nuturing uterus into the suction canister...just for the sake of argument, assume 50% would have been male, and a 0% female incarceration rate, at current levels of arrest/conviction/imprisonment...thats about 150 future felons you won't have to worry aboout in 16 yrs...thanks Mr. Presser
