Update: Upon reflection, I think the title to this post is bullshit. The drawing was done during the interview - it's not part of the Iraqi plans for long-range missiles, which should have been obvious to me after five seconds' thought. However, as a metaphor for the condition of the Iraqi illegal-arms program, as the article makes clear, it still works. (Click the picture for the article.)
